Need help with groundstrokes?
Remember low to high

Many players think they need to open the racquet face and “come under” the ball when imparting slice on the backhand. Instead, keep the racquet face almost vertical at impact and concentrate on swinging your racquet high to low. This motion, not an open racquet face, is what creates underspin.
